PET helps quantify bone metastases response
To accurately assess tumour response to treatment using imaging, measurement of the repeatability of an imaging biomarker – defined as the variation of repeated measurements in an experiment performed under the same conditions – is essential. With this aim, three US institutions have quantitatively evaluated 18F-NaF PET-derived standardized uptake value (SUV) metrics to determine their repeatability in individual bone lesions (J. Nucl.
